Safety and occupational hygiene are a priority on our farm. Employees undergo regular occupational health and safety training as well as first aid training. We operate in accordance with policies and practices to ensure safe working conditions.
The Max Crop system is a tool that facilitates the management of harvesting and the settlement of workers, both in piecework and hourly systems. Thanks to this system, collecting data on working hours and harvesting fruits and vegetables is efficient and precise. Employees have access to their data through barcode terminals or phones, and the system generates necessary reports and summaries.
The Max Crop system turns a laptop into a portable office, allowing access to all necessary information even outside the farm area. It enables real-time assessment of plantation expenses and revenues, efficient settlement of workers, and monitoring various aspects of operations.
